Bring your Tally sales bills in here; matching orders get marked delivered / partially delivered automatically (matched by party + product, oldest order first).
Export in Tally: Day Book → Alt+E → XML (set the period to cover your billing days). Auto-sync needs Tally open with “act as server” on port 9000 — if your browser blocks it, use the file upload; it does the same job.

Import names & products from Tally
In Tally press Alt+E → Masters, Type of Masters = All Masters, format XML, export. Then upload the file — parties, brokers and stock items (products) all come in with exact Tally spelling. Any size works.
Deleted products stay deleted on re-upload — this brings them back if ever needed.
AI connection (for the message inbox)
Paste your Anthropic API key when you're ready — until then, messages can be saved and converted by hand. Key stays only on this computer.

Tally connection
Up to 3 Tally machines — sync tries #1 first, then #2, then #3 (so if one PC is off or having problems, another answers).
In Tally: F1 → Settings → Connectivity → TallyPrime acts as = Both, port 9000. If the auto-sync button says blocked, that's your browser's security rule — the file upload does the identical job.
Account
Everyone uses the one shared Team ID. The AI key saved here works for the whole team on every device.
